How do we work?
1. Audit (1-2 hours)
Q&A session, where we briefly discuss the current situation and problems of a company. First of all, we design organizational structure (namely, departments, roles, functions), taking into account further scalability. Secondly, we suggest an algorithm for further actions during the project and make a tree of the business processes of a company.
4. Optimization + “TO BE” process diagram (2-3 days)
As soon as the “AS IS” process diagram is modeled and all gaps have been identified, we make necessary improvements. Here we agree on all suggestions and modify the existing business process. At this stage, KPI is also determined to increase employee motivation.

2. Interviewing (1-2 hours each)
We agree on convenient date and time for working sessions, where we invite key people and ask special questions to determine the sequence of actions and identify points for improving the existing business processes of a company. During interviews we examine the organizational structure of a company and work through selected business processes in detail.
5. Preparation of documents (5-7 days)
As soon as all agreed stages are completed, we create all required documentation (regulations and job descriptions) using our templates and newly designed “TO BE” process diagrams”. Each created document goes through a verification stage, then it’s transferred to a company.
3. “AS IS” process diagram (2-3 days)
Referring to the information received on the interview, we create a process model “AS IS” and discuss it with the process owner. Based on the results of the audit and our experience with such processes, we share our vision of solving problems of a company.
6. Implementation (up to 1 month)
Finally, we plan a step-by-step implementation of work instructions for the employees of a company. This way we introduce new documents to the stakeholders and monitor that the work is carried out according to the regulations.

In our work we use a flexible Agile-approach, which is based not on specific processes or their elements, but on high-level values.
People and their interaction are more important for us than processes and tools. In order for employees to work more efficiently, processes and tools should not limit them - people decide for themselves how to change the processes/tools of their work.
Creating working business processes is more important for us than comprehensive documentation. The emphasis is on a working product, not on diagrams and regulations.
Being ready for change is more important for us than following the plans. We are making necessary adjustments in the project process, therefore, all changes and problems that arise are promptly handled by joint efforts.
